So my husband and I just recently moved from the east coast to NM due to his job.I have to admit its very different and its taking a lot to get used too.I love to cook and spend most of my free time either in the kitchen or watching the food network.However I'm struggling to find Italian ingredients here.Any help I'd greatly appreciate.We love Italian food, I decided to get back to half of my roots and cook Italian following Mario Batali's cook book.He's got some wonderful reciepes.
